Cancelling a subscription

Monthly (10% off): you can skip, pause or cancel anytime from the link in your subscription emails, or by emailing hello@chartreuseskincare.com. Cancel before your next order is made and you won't be charged again. There's no cancellation fee.

6 months, paid upfront (20% off): you can cancel anytime before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. The current 6-month payment isn't refunded, and the months you've already paid for keep shipping. There's no cancellation fee.

Orders that have already been made and shipped are covered by our refund policy.
