Shipping policy

Made to order

Every product is made by hand after you order it, in small batches, on our land in Washington State. We make and ship most orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery

We ship with USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive about 3 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is $8 per order, and free on orders of $70 or more. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or says delivered but you can't find your package, email us at hello@chartreuseskincare.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make a fresh replacement and send it at no charge.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders (Monthly and the 6-month plan) are made fresh and shipped about every 30 days from your first order date. You'll get a tracking email each time.

Weather

Butters and creams can soften in summer heat. It doesn't affect the product. Store it somewhere cool and it will firm back up.
